Satake Megumi Nakiri Knife 16 cm
Specialised Japanese knife designed to cut herbs and vegetables. Thanks to the rectangular clint, you can quickly transfer the sliced ingredients to a salad bowl or frying pan. An experienced cook uses a thin Nakiri knife to obtain decorative and translucent slices (catsura-muki method). A simple edge is used for vertical cutting and allows you to use many different techniques, such as julienne or gauze.
