Meat or multitasking knife

This 13.5cm utility knife is almost small enough to be considered a large paring knife. It can be used to peel and or cut small fruits and vegetables on the cutting board. Has a pointed tip for fine and precision work

* Knife 2.0-2.5mm thick for less wedging in cuts and to produce a sharper knife.

* Genuine Molybdenum Steel has better edge retention and is easier to sharpen than most other brands.

* Western-style shapes with a pointed tip and a handle in line with the back of the blade (on most knives in this series).

* Lightweight due to the lack of a bloster and the thin blade relieves stress on the hand and arm.

* Razor edge that made MAC knives famous over 40 years ago.

Completely tapered from column to edge creating a V-shaped blade that slides through cuts with ease.

The perfectly balanced weight distribution creates a comfortable feeling when holding the knife and keeps you in control of the blade.

The slightly curved edge allows you to use almost any style of cut, be it a European rocking motion or a Japanese cutting motion.

The Pakka Wood Handle has the look and feel of natural wood, but lasts much longer. (Except PB-60)

A comfortable balance, a light sharp edge and a thin blade combine to create a precision tool that is easy to handle and control; reducing the risk of injury while working on the cutting board.
